GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced and proactive MIS & Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Google Suite (Sheets, AppScript, Looker Studio) and SQL. This role is central to building, automating, and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and financial reconciliation reports that drive operational efficiency and client billing accuracy.

As an Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, finance, and management, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of Management Information System (MIS) outputs. The position requires strong technical abilities along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to create clear insights, automate reporting frameworks, and support decision-making within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

This role is particularly suited to candidates who thrive in a hands-on, data-driven environment, have a knack for automation, and are eager to take ownership of reporting systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and trackers covering attendance, productivity, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support client billing, revenue reconciliation, and business reviews.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple systems.
  • Develop automation scripts using AppScript to streamline MIS processes.
  • Improve reporting efficiency, frameworks, and data accuracy by continuously enhancing methodologies.
  • Present dashboards and insights effectively to stakeholders and train teams on their usage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to align reporting outputs with business needs.
  • Handle multiple reporting tasks simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (must have provisional certificate & consolidated marks memo).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Google Suite (Sheets, AppScript, Looker Studio).
  • Strong skills in SQL for query writing and optimization.
  • Proven experience in invoicing, billing reports, and financial reconciliations.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and team training abilities.
  • High learning aptitude with a self-driven and proactive approach.
  • Must be willing to work from office in rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 week offs).
  • Must be ready to join immediately.
